From 1720-1760, major “Revival Wells” poured out waters of salvation during what became known as The First Great Awakening. This season of fiery fervent preaching of the Gospel throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts had a profound impact on the course of the United States. The Great Awakening was a movement rooted in spiritual growth which brought a national identity to Colonial America.
During the Eastgate Awakening Tour, we will visit several “Revival Well” sites to re-dig the heritage of the Great Awakening and release spiritual fire for the current awakening movement that is now upon us. Worship, prayer and prophetic declarations will be a vital part of the History Tours and Revival Services, as well as powerful teaching about Revival/Awakening.
We are living in a season of unprecedented prayer and hunger for another Great Awakening that will impact and shape our culture. This Tour is another sign of a current stirring of revival fires for awakening in the Northeast and beyond!
